Malaysia Dog Day 2009

Date : 28th June 2009
Venue : Chin Woo Stadium, Jalan Hang Jebat, Kuala Lumpur.
Time : 9:30am - 6:o0pm
Admission : Free

The event is open to all dogs lovers. Owner of Mixed Breeds and Pure Breeds dog, their family and friends are welcome. For the first time, the event will be held in an indoor stadium, fully air conditioned and a spectator seating capacity of more than 1,000 people.
Program includes various competitions and lucky draw. This day is also dedicated to all dogs, irregardless of breeds and their owners, a chance to get-together for a fun filled day of competitions, socializing, exchanging ideas and lots of sniffing!

Carpooling

Yesterday and today, DG and I carpooled. Its really nice to have someone to talk to cause the drive to work and home is quite a distance. Just that we live a toll distance away so I had to drive my car to her house before driving to work. I'm still trying it out and it definately beats driving alone to work everyday! Saves money and more entertaining!

I've made my choice

Last week was kinda of a tough week for me as I was going through some stuff but thank God for family and DC to pull me through it. One of the few matters was, choosing to work in a small agency rather than working in a big and well established agency like Reliance, BMC, Mayflower. Alot of people have been asking me and some almost pity me I think. Cause they've never heard of the agency I'm working at and ask if I would like contacts or why didn't I get WT to recommend me to his friends and they also say since I had both the experience in inbound and outbound MICE industry, why do I want to waste my time there doing sales support?? Then they say they never heard of my company before or their clients. Just sometimes its makes me goyang a little. But my company's still growing and new, I'm sure in due time they'll be great (: just gotta hang in there the next time someone questions me about work again T____T

Earth Hour in Malaysia is planned and run by WWF-Malaysia and its partners. Support and participate in Earth Hour campaign on the 28th of March 2009 by turning off your lights for one hour from 8.30pm-9.30pm.

Ironic

Haha he sent me a friend request on FB after bumping into him yesterday. Did I only remind him of my existance in his life just ‘yesterday’? Or he got hit my amnesia all these while and he finally awakes from his amnesia and remembered me? How ironic!

Today is not my-day

Bumped into BC today while me and sis was queuing up for Sushi Zanmai at 1Utama today. He and his friends were standing near the entrance. I acted so silly trying to ignore him. I even tried covering my face with my hair many of times hoping that he did not see me (honestly I hate bumping into my Exes especially those being a ‘jerk’ haha!).

I was queuing up and waiting impatiently for my turn to be seated. By that, I thought it could prevent him from noticing me. Finally, we got seated… right inside of the restaurant… and so I thought I’m save. Not until he then got in the restaurant and seated at the opposite table! Yes, he saw me by then. He didn’t walk up to me though, he just smiled at me and I had to smile back and act like I just noticed that he was there!

Sex and the City

I got a problem lately.

I'm so addicted to Sex and the City ever since I watch the movie on dvd the other day. Next thing I start to look high and low for the complete season of the tv series but I can hardly find any in the dvd store! Reason being, because it's kindly old, I mean who would want to look for SATC todays where everyone is talking about CSI, Heroes, Lost and Lipstick Jungle? So I guess people have placed SATC in the museum already? Haha! how sad...

So last weekend in my office during some casual conversation with my colleague, I told her how much I adore Carrie and Mr. Big in the movie and how I wish to watch the series, I want to find out the whole story line, wanting to know how they met, why did they broke up and get together again... Then suddenly DG (my manager) said she might have the complete season at home as her husband have a huge collection of dvds. I was like 'Yippiee!!'

P/s: The complete set is in my hand now ;)

Anyone up for a race?

2 weeks ago I submitted our application for the Amazing Race Asia. Got a call from the producer this morning asking us to go for a further interview on the 23rd- am so very excited!!! But before that we had to record a 60-minutes video of our interesting self; and this is awkward haha! Anyways, I am very much looking forward for the interview and hopefully we can be one of the participant to travel around Asia =)
